つまり「健康」ってことだね。

昼食にほうれん草とブロッコリー、レーズンのバジルソースサラダと、オーツ麦を使ったドライフルーツ入りのパン。ヘルシーですね♪
はい、上記は全てヘルシーじゃない。
現在の日本では「オイルを使わないことがヘルシー」と言われているのが現状だ。
こんな糖質がしっかり入ったレシピ、俺はヘルシー（健康的）ではないと思う。
現在の日本が提示する「バランスのいい食事」はバランスが悪い
現在の日本が出しているバランスのいい食事は、糖質が多すぎてオイルが少ない、バランスの悪い食生活だ。
理由はいくつがあるが、大きくは2つ。
- 歴史的に見ると、大量の糖質を摂取し始めたのはつい最近のこと
- 糖質多可による健康被害の増大
つまり「健康」になりたいのに、その前提の食生活の常識、そのものが誤っているということだね。
筆者の考えるヘルシーってどんなの？
肉と野菜を食いまくり、ハードな運動をする人は適切な糖質を摂取。
マジでこれ。
少し言葉を変えると、適切な糖質制限だ。
これが「ヘルシー」。
もう少ししたら肉をしっかり食べることがヘルシーと呼ばれる日が来るかなぁ。
吉報として、ヘルシーで画像検索をしてみると、オイルを使われた料理が多くヒットした。
これはいい傾向だ。
なお、肉を食べたら太りませんか、という質問は大変ナンセンスだ。
