トレーニングとアルコールの関連について考える

現役トレーナー、ボディビルダーの健さんだぜ。

今日はトレーニングとアルコールの関係について考えるよ。
さていきなりだけど結論を。

アルコールに身体的なメリットは一切ない

はい、なにもない。
「少量だったら大丈夫?」とよく質問されるけど、少量でも悪影響があるよ。
つまりストイックに考えるなら、一切お酒は飲まないほうがいいってこと。
具体的な悪影響は大きく3つ。
筋肉の合成を阻害、筋肉の分解、ホルモン分泌関係。

少量であっても、筋肉がつきにくくなる、そして落ちやすくなる。
たんぱく質の吸収をアルコールが邪魔しちゃうみたいだね。

ホルモン関係だけど、まず筋肉の成長に大きく関わるテストステロンの分泌が少なくなるらしい。
そして、ストレスホルモンも分泌して、次の日とかのトレーニングのクオリティが下がる可能性が高い。
手早く言うと、しんどいってことだ。

ちなみにアルコールは脂肪にはならないよ。
食欲の増進があったり、お酒自体に糖質が入っていることが多い、分解や吸収の過程で関与したりもするから、実質は太りやすい状態にはなるんだけど。
超極論だけど、水とウォッカだけで生活したら7日後に餓死すると思う。
ダイエットとアルコールの関係はまた勉強して、記事にしたいね!

繰り返しになってしまうけど今日の結論を再度言っておく。
アルコールに身体的なメリットは一切ない!

精神的にはメリットはあると思う

これは俺の考え。そして全てにおいて心の弱さが出ているところ。
例えば俺は減量中に2~3週間に1回チートをする。
チートの記事はこちら。

簡単に言うとこうだ。
「2週間後にお酒が飲めるぞ!減量とトレーニングを頑張るぞ!」
こうなる。
心が弱いのは前述のとおり、俺はこれがないと減量を頑張れる気がしないんだよなぁ。

そして楽しいコミュニケーションやら、出会いやら、ビジネスやら。
お酒にはポジティブになれる不思議な力がある。

俺は、筋肉をつけるために一生お酒を飲みません!というのも少し残念な気もする。
そういう人生はちょっと寂しい。

Think about the relationship between training and alcohol

I’m Ken, an active trainer and bodybuilder.

Today I’m thinking about the relationship between training and alcohol.
That’s right, but the conclusion.

Alcohol has no physical benefits
Yes, nothing.
I am often asked, “Are you all right with a small amount?”
In other words, if you think stoic, you should not drink at all.
There are three major adverse effects.
Inhibits muscle synthesis, muscle breakdown, hormone secretion.

Even a small amount makes it difficult for muscles to stick and easily falls.
It looks like alcohol interferes with protein absorption.

It seems to be hormone-related, but firstly testosterone secretion, which is a major factor in muscle growth, is likely to decrease.
And they also secrete stress hormones, and the quality of training the next day is likely to drop.
In short, it ’s tedious.

I’ll repeat it again.
Alcohol has no physical benefits.

I think there are merits in mental
This is my thought. And where everything is weak.
For example, I cheat once every 2-3 weeks during weight loss.

“You can drink in two weeks! I will do my best to lose weight and train!”
It becomes like this.
As I mentioned earlier, I don’t feel like working hard on weight loss without this.

And fun communication, encounters, business.
Liquor has a mysterious power to be positive.

I don’t drink for a lifetime to build muscle! I feel a little disappointing.
That life is a little lonely.

Summary
If you want muscles, don’t drink alcohol
There may be merit in spirit
Now i have a hangover
