今日はコロナウィルスについて、身近にいるドクターに質問してみた結果をまとめてみるよ。
今回の記事は人によっては衝撃的な内容だと思うし、繊細なところもある。
ので、あくまでも「俺の意見」として聞いてね。
全てが正解なわけがないので、疑問に思ったら自分で調べること！
風邪に関する似た記事を書いたこともあるよ。

予防として有効なのはなんですか？
- 外出を控えて、人との接触を避ける
とにかくこれが有効。
どうしても外出しなければいけない人も多いだろうが、なんとか満員電車や、人が多く行き交う箇所を避けること。 - 手洗いをしっかりする
基本的には、飛沫感染すると思っていい。
飛沫感染とは、感染した人の体液が何らかのルートで自分の中に侵入して感染すること。
直接会って近くで会話したときはもちろん、手すりやボタンなどの間接的なルートがある。
ちなみに後者は接触感染という。
よって、食事や、首から上を触るようなときはしっかり手洗いを！
できればアルコール消毒も併用したいところだね。
逆に効果の薄いのは？
マスクは感染を防ぐ効果の証明がほとんどないんだ。
感覚的には「多少はある」くらいに思うが、マスク自体が不潔になって、逆に体内に菌が入りやすくなるケースも多いんだとか。
ちなみに、既に感染している人が、その拡大を抑える効果は大きくある。
うがい、加湿なども効果が薄い。
免疫力を上げる方法は？
基本的には「無い」
はっきり言って、免疫力の強さは先天性的なものが大きいようだ。
現実的にはなるべくバランスよく食事を摂って、少々多めにビタミンとミネラルのサプリメントを摂取するのが最善か。
ちなみに日本が定めるバランスの良い食事は、バランスが悪いよ。
エビデンスがないから強くは言えないが、糖質制限はコロナウィルスにも有効だと思う。
風邪やインフルエンザに有効だからね。
初期症状は？病院に行くほうが良い？検査は？
初期症状は風邪やインフルエンザと同じなので、判断はほぼ不可能。
症状が軽い場合は、重傷者への対応の遅れが懸念されるため、逆に病院に行かない方が良い。
もちろん出来れば軽くともそのような症状が出た場合は、会社や学校は休むべきだ。
強いて言えば、症状が２週間以上継続するなど、長期的になるケースが多いようだ。
もしかしてコロナでは？と思って病院に行っても、基本的には検査をしてもらえない。
遺伝子検査と言って、特殊な検査となる為で、簡単にはできないみたい。
中国の発生源近くにいて症状が出ていたり、感染者と濃厚接触しない限り検査は無いと思おう。
筆者は対策している？
はっきり言って何もしていない。
適度な糖質制限としながら元気いっぱいに生活している。
マスクもしていない。
地元の感染者が１万人とかになったら焦り始めると思う。
薬はないの？
コロナウィルス用の薬の作成は2年以上かかるようだ。
これが出ることには既に収束していると思われる。
が、富士フィルムの白木公康氏が、とある日本が嫌いそうなテレビ番組でこう発言した。
「私ならアビガンを使います。」
このとき、その日本が嫌いそうなテレ番組の司会者は「あくまでも個人の見解ですよね？」となにか焦った様子で言っていた。
エボラ出血熱を治す薬を作った、ウィルスの権威と言える人に何言っとんねん。
このクスリについて調べてみたところ、富士フィルムは「効果があるという確証は無い」とのコメント。
しかしながらその作成者が「使います」「治ります」と断言しているからね。
ちなみに市販はされていなくて、日本政府管理で200万本が備蓄されているような。
うーん？おかしいな。
なにか病気の人が減ったら困ることでもあるのかな・・・？
おや？誰か来たようだ。

感染者がいくらなんでも多すぎるよね。
でも結論からいうと、分からない、だ。
基本的に空気感染はしないと聞いているが、密室であっても空調などのダクトが繋がっている状況下で長期に渡ってウィルスに晒されると、感染する可能性があるのか？
また、乗客がしびれを切らして部屋から出ていたという情報もある。
しかしそれにしても感染が多い。
