今日はタイトルのとおり、目標が達成できない人がよく言うセリフをまとめてみたよ。
つまり、下記に書く内容のような考え方を避けると、目標のいい体の近道になるかも。
ダイエットは明日からやる
特に食生活で我慢が必要なときに、よく出現する。
計画性があって「明日からやる」と行っているならいいんだけど、大抵は今日食べてしまうことへの正当化だよね。
○○だから仕方なく断念する
適当な理由をつけて断念する。
雨が降っているからジムに行かないとか、食材がないからダイエットの食事が作れないとか。
ただ楽な道に行きたいのを正当化してるだけ。
○○だから大丈夫
エビデンスではなく自分の感覚を信じてしまうやつ。
例えば、玄米やお蕎麦などはどこかでダイエットに有効だと聞いたからたくさん食べる、みたいな感じ。
自分の感覚で物事を判断するのは上級者向け。
基本的には根拠がある、スタンダードな方法をチョイスするべき。
毎日でもジムに行けます
毎日ジムに行ける、と断言する人は、残念ながら毎日どころか長続きしないことが多い。
これは「ジムに継続的に通う」ということがリアルにイメージできていないんだね。
毎日着替えを用意して、移動して、着替えて、ハードなトレーニングをして、着替えて、移動して帰宅。

自分の常識を否定されたとしても、柔軟に考えて調べてみることがおすすめ。
