現役ボディビルダー、現役トレーナーの健やで！
今日は「般若心経」を関西弁にしてみるよ。
般若心経の中で、観音菩薩も言ってるんだけど、めちゃくちゃ難解なんだわ。
もちろん、俺もざっくりとした内容は知れど、本質はほとんどと言ってもいいほど理解していない。
今回は自身の理解をちょっとでも深まればと思い、なじみの深い関西弁で要約してみる。
何で般若心経を？
「般若心経ってよく聞くけど、内容を知っている人っていないよな」とふと思ったことがきっかけ。
高性能のスマホがある現代でも語り継がれている現実。
しかも内容はみんな知らない。
という訳で調べてみた、という簡単な理由。
もともといわいるスピチュアルなことが好きなのも相まってね。
例えば、宇宙の誕生、生命の根源、宇宙人の存在、など。
飲み会でうざいやつや！
般若心経とは？
『般若心経』（はんにゃしんぎょう）

正式名称『般若波羅蜜多心経』（はんにゃはらみったしんぎょう、प्रज्ञापारमिताहृदय、Prajñā-pāramitā-hṛdaya、 プラジュニャーパーラミター・フリダヤ）は、大乗仏教の空・般若思想を説いた経典で、般若経の1つともされる[注 1][注 2]。僅か300字足らずの本文に大乗仏教の心髄が説かれているとされ、複数の宗派において読誦経典の一つとして広く用いられている。 空性を短い文章で説きながら、末尾に真言(マントラ Mantra)[注 3]を説いて終わるという構成になっている。
観音菩薩が弟子のシャーリプトラに、この世の本質について教えるって言う物語。
人間はの体や精神は「存在していない」という内容。
繰り返しになるが、とんでもなく難解。
では般若心経の要約スタートやで
俺らって体と心で出来てるよな？
ちょっとそれを深くして「己の存在とは何なのか」をマジで考えてみたわ。
そしたらヤベーことに気づいてさ。
「存在してへんかったわ」
うん、何言ってるか分からんと思う。
俺も最初そうやったし。
でもこれマジ。
体も、あと聴覚も味覚も、そういう精神的なのも全部存在してなかった。
もいちょい言うと、そのへんの物とか、車とか、電柱とかも全部存在してへんわ。
マジで。
でもこのこと気づいたら色んなしんどさなくなったわ。
解き放たれたー！って感じ。
シャーさんこれ分かる？
分からんよな。
大丈夫、マジで難解やから。
頑張って説明するけど、最初は分からんと思う。
ちょっとずつこの話聞いて理解してな！
まずな、俺ってこの体と、心が合わさって俺よな？
で、まずこの体なんやけど、ただのたんぱく質の集合体よな？
ただの物体。
それを俺らは体って呼んでるんやな。
ってことはその車とか電柱も、ただの物質の集合体なんや。
つまり「車」という存在ではなく、なんかの、まあ鉄の原子とかの集合体なんや。
それ車って言う呼び方を勝手に決めただけで、根っこは車やない。
なんかの集合体や。
「実態がない」んや。
こう考えると、心も、その体という集合体が勝手に作り出しとることで、同じく実態がないんや。
ただのたんぱく質の集合体が、ちょっと複雑に組み合わさって生み出しただけの状態やな。
「やっぱ心にも実態がないんや」
この体とか心とか、物に実態がないことを「空」（くう）って呼ぶことにしよか。
シャーさん、ここまで大丈夫か？
ついてこれとるか？
まあめっちゃビックリやろな。
今理解できなくても大丈夫や。
この空は別に逃げも隠れもせんからな。
これを頑張って知ろうとしてたら、いつか理解できるからな。
でも、この世界の真実をちゃんと見抜こうって姿勢は変えたらあかんで。
今後の人生で結構大切や！
ほんでな、この世が「空」だと理解できたら、マジでやばいことが分かる。
俺らって生まれて楽しんでく苦しんで、なんやかんやあって死ぬって思っとるやろ？
実はこれちゃうねん。
たんぱく質の集合体が、単体以上の仕事をして、その単体が色んな変化をして「人生」になっとるんやな。
やから生き物は生まれて死ぬんやなくて、たんぱく質の組み合わせが変化を繰り返しとるだけなんや。
この変化を繰り返すってのを「無常」（むじょう）って呼んどこう。
空なのだから存在しない。
だから生まれもせんし、死にもせん。
無常しとるだけなんやな。
やから、変化を繰り返す中で「今はこの状態」ってだけなんや。
俺らが生きとる世界もなんかたんぱく質が複雑な変化をしとるだけで。この世界を感じ取るわけじゃないんやな。
世界も空、俺も空。
ただ複雑に絡み合っとるだけや。
ほんで、みんな苦しんどるよな。
この苦しみも空。
老いや死ぬことも空。
こうやって今「空」の事を考えていることも「空」
やから、この真実を頭で理解することは不可能やねん。
やばない？
めっちゃ空、空言っとるけど、そもそも「存在」ってのがあるって思ってる時点で間違っとるんやな。
でもこれに気づいたとき、「俺」っていう考え方がそもそも間違っとって、世界との関係が感じ取れたんや。
すっげぇすっきりした。
これ理解したら心がめっちゃ安らかになるで。
理解した人は「仏」やな。
仏って真実を知ったものやからな。
マジリスペクトやわ。
たぶんみんなそうやと思うけど、生きるって事を真剣に考えるよな。
存在って意味を理解してへんのに、存在の意味が分かるわけないと思うで。
シャーさん！ついてきとるか！
これで最後や。ここだけは関西弁じゃなくてちゃんと言っとくわ。
頭で理解することが、理解じゃないからな！
羯諦羯諦 波羅羯諦 波羅僧羯諦 菩提薩婆訶
以上や！
存在の意味分かったかいな？

Today, I went to the beach with my children.
