今日も何故かトレーナーが投資の話をするよ！
タイトルの通り、貧乏からの脱却は不労所得を如何に作るかが大切。
これをめちゃくちゃ噛み砕いて、簡単に解説してみる。
こういう人生どう思う？
そこそこの起業に入社し、そこそこの年収。
車は若い頃に中古の軽自動車から始まり、３０代ではカッコイイスポーツセダン、４０代では家族ができたからミニバンを買った。
家は３５歳まで賃貸で月々１０万円。その後ローンで一軒家を購入。
おしゃれは多くは買わないものの、周りの目が気になるのでブランド物をきっちり着用。
ちょっとずつ貯めたお金で毎年旅行は必ず行く。
うん、普通だね。
普通なんだけど・・・
この人は一生貧乏だ。
65歳まで、下手したら75歳まで働かなければならないだろう。
仕事のために生まれてきたん？
利益を生むものと、負債の違いをはっきりさせよう
まず車は負債。
ご存知の通り、本体の代金はもちろん、保険台、駐車料金、車検代。
買い換えるときの撤去費用と、新品の車の費用。
資産は減る。
賃貸も一軒家も負債。
両方どんどんお金が失われる。
一軒家も場所や状態によってはローンを払い終わっても負債。
資産は減る。
娯楽費も、もちろん負債。
使えば減る。
資産も減る。
「普通の人生」は負債だらけ
最初に書いた「普通の人生」は、はっきり言って負の連鎖。
お金を稼いで、全部使っているだけ。
給料が上がったら生活レベルも上がる。
あるだけ使う。
貯金には多くて100万円ほどしか残っていない人が多いでしょう。
そう、「普通の人生」ではお金持ちになれないシステムなんだよね。
という訳で投資しましょ
とにかく節約して、無理が無い程度に投資をすることが正解。
そして裏技として「起業」すること。
働かなくても増えるシステムを大きくしていくことが、貧乏脱却のポイントだ。

銀行に預けていてもメリットはほぼ皆無
メリットってなんやろ。
安全？
デメリットは多い。
ほぼほぼ増えないどころか、下手したらマイナス金利。
引き出しとかの手数料でやっぱりマイナス。
銀行にある程度大きな額を預けているなら、長期的な考えを持った投資をしてみましょ。
まとめ
「普通の人生」は、65歳以上まで働かないといけない、常に貧乏な状態。
早めにこの事実に気づき、節約、投資を始めよう。
